Payment methods

We accept Postal Order or Personal Cheque (UK only) and PayPal (Worldwide.)

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL BANKER'S DRAFTS/ POSTAL ORDERS AND CHEQUES MUST BE IN POUND STERLING ONLY AND MADE PAYABLE TO Foundations of War.

Postage locations:- Dependant on weight of items - Worldwide (Due to increased losses we are no longer able to sell items to Italian residents.)

When will your item(s) be posted? :- We will dispatch all items as soon as possible and when payment clears. Our weekly postage days are usually Mondays and Saturdays (post office permitting). Please note that we are unable to post items on bank holidays as all post offices are closed. Please note that our P&P charges include the following: - Admin time, Delivery costs, Packaging materials. BUYER PAYS ALL POSTAGE AND PACKAGING FEES.

PLEASE NOTE:

-We cannot be held responsible for broken items or items lost in the post! We always package items securely; but breakages sometimes occur during postage. We always retain proof of postage for each item. Optional insurance is also available on request (recorded delivery etc.) Insurance helps to prevent loss as it enables the item to be tracked via the royal mail website.

Customer Service & Returns Policy
We are happy to exchange or refund any product, which is not as described or arrives damaged (minus postage costs). Returns must be adequately packaged, and sent with the original packaging within 14 days. For unique/handmade and pre-painted items, a refund will be given. Contact us before returning any item(s).
Buyer pays for all postage and packaging costs.

DISCLAIMER : - Please be aware that the scenery, terrain and accessories that we sell are NOT toys, are to be used for Wargames only, and should not be given to children under 8 years old due to small parts and essential pointed components. Polyurethane Resin may be used for some components. Some metal items may contain traces of lead.
All models are supplied unpainted, (unless otherwise stated) and some may require assembly. Assembly instructions are available on request.
